LOG YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS

Many thanks to all of you who volunteered for the HIWC in 2009, whether it was at the Kiddie Volksmarch in April, the annual volksmarch in September or the Holiday Bazaar in October. Without you, the club would not be able to exist!

In order to log your volunteer hours in the Volunteer Management Information System (VMIS), I have put together some instructions below. This the military's online volunteer system used to document volunteer hours.  By inputting your volunteers hours, you will automatically be invited to the Heidelberg Volunteer Recognition Ceremony in the spring of 2010 as well as help contribute to the the Heidelberg military community's overall volunteer hours. And maybe you'll find some other volunteer positions that may interest you in the future!

You can click here to download a PDF version and print it out.
